Liat receives CIBA/YCC Young Scientist Travel award!

Congratulations to postdoctoral researcher Dr. Liat Kugelmass for receiving a CIBA/YCC Young Scientist Travel award to support her attendance at the 2026 ACS Spring Meeting in Atlanta, GA where she’ll be presenting two research talks.

The CIBA/Young Scientist Travel award aims to provide funding for young and early-career chemists to travel to and participate in an ACS meeting. Awards are made on the basis of scientific merit and financial need. Each travel award will be up to $1,000. In additional to financial support, the award provides networking opportunities for recipients who attend an ACS Meeting or Regional Meeting.
