Cara presents at SIMSE
Interdisciplinary PhD student Cara Megill presented her original research on pyroplastics (burnt plastic) at the Sustainable Innovations in Materials Science and Engineering (SIMSE) symposium organized by NESACS (Northeastern Section of the American Chemical Society). This work is a collaboration with Loretta Fernandez in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northeastern University, Christopher Reddy at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and the Friends of Palm Beach.
